38 SPL+P has no difference from the standard 38 Special other than headstamp designation for load segregation. This is due to the fact that our standard case design will handle +P pressures with no problems.

All my Starline brass is unplated. Fortunately, .38 Special, even +P, is not a high-pressure round, so brass tends to last a pretty long time regardless of brand. Starline brass has lasted as long as the rest of 'em, and I very rarely get a case failure with loads from the reloading manual.
However, I use the +P cases for something "special" (no pun intended), specifically Elmer Keith's .38-44 high pressure load, with a nice 'n' healthy charge of 2400 under a 158gr cast bullet. That's when cases will start to split/crack after about 10-15 loads or so (still not bad). I haven't yet had a Starline case crack/split. Eventually they will, of course, but they do seem to last longer than others, so far.

but there brass is not as good as yours.

Recently bought a small batch of .38 Spec +P brass to add to my other .38 Spec., .32 H&R Mag, and .327 Fed Mag brass. Altogether, around 1500 pieces. Never a problem - various primers all fit well - brass always the right dimensions. And never a split case, despite the fact some have been fired 6+ times so far. Excellent stuff, a pleasure to use.
